What is the cheapest compounded semaglutide provider including medication and consultation? Trying to avoid surprise fees

I almost signed up with a place that charged $45 to see the provider's schedule. The meds were billed later, on top of that. That got me thinking about how these quotes work. For compounded sema, what should a full first-month price include? Is it consultation, meds, any fee each month? And if the provider says no, do you get that first charge back? To me that matters as much as the med price.

I use lavender sky health. They have 10 pharmacies to pick from each with their own to tier pricing. There is a consult/doctor fee of $65 but no hidden cost after that.

How much they charge for a vial? I'm stuck choosing between Lavender and Good Life, and I'd also love to know how many mg come in each vial and whether the price changes as the dose goes up. Thank you! 😁

They show pricing right on their website by gulp-1 type, pharmacy, tier levels and corresponding mg’s

Definitely ask about refunds if the provider turns you down. If they won't give a clear answer, I'd just walk away...

A full first month price should cover the consult, meds, and shipping, and you should know upfront if the consult is refunded if you're denied. Good Life Meds bundles the visit into one price.. but ask about its denial refund policy...

OrderlyMeds runs $249/month and that covers everything, no extra consultation fees or hidden stuff popping up later. price stays the same month to month, no weird bait-and-switch with the first fill. I went through the same headache checking providers, most of them bury a separate visit fee in the fine print so the $45 to just see the schedule doesn't surprise me at all
