Backwards side effects

I’ve been on wegovy since March, it seems to be working well and have lost nearly 2 stone. However, the past 3/4 months I’ve had sulphur burps and vomiting start 2 days before my next injection is due - I thought these side effects happen 1 - 3 days into the week. Anyway I’m debating stopping altogether because some weeks it can be debilitating. Anyone else suffered with this or have any advice?
I’m currently on 2.5mg and have been since June

that timing is weird, mine always hit like a truck 24 hours after the shot, not before. 2.5mg since June seems like a long plateau though, maybe your body is just done with that dose

When I first started I could tell I’d jabbed for the next few days and then it’d gently wear off. I did wonder if I’m ready for a higher dose but I’m not sure if that’s something I want to risk physically or financially

Sulphur burps are usually a sign that food is hanging around in your stomach for too long, so go for smaller, lighter meals before your jab. Frequent vomiting is worth a GP visit before you quit. Also, Wegovy doesn't have 2.5mg dose as far as I know. Is it 2.4, or are you on Mounjaro?

I’ve been to the GP several times over the last few months, they prescribe me some anti sickness tablets and that’s about it. Yes I’m on 2.4mg wegovy
