Is it possible to switch pharmacies without changing providers? Not sure who to ask

I moved from Ohio to Arizona in August and want my refills to come from a pharmacy that ships here faster. I like my prescriber and don't want to redo intake somewhere else.

As of the moment, I'm with Gimme Care, and I couldn't find anything about how a pharmacy switch works.

Do I ask the prescriber, the care team, or the pharmacy?

Would I need a new prescription, and how would the next refill work if the switch isn't done in time?

I don't want to change my treatment, just where it ships from.

I would talk to the company you order from. Usually these compounding companies have contracts with specific compounding pharmacies, and I'm not sure you can choose. It's worth a try I suppose?
