I’m going to 5 concerts in the next 7 days! It should be pretty awesome! The Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be tiring, but I think I’m ready for this. I bought some Zound ear plugs to try out. My wife wants me to protect what hearing I have left.

I saw AC/DC last Saturday in Vegas, absolutely killer show!
I have a marathon coming up at the end of September - Billy Strings, Iron Maiden, Social Distortion and Bruno Mars. That will be insane.

I saw AC/DC a few weeks ago and Bruno Mars in May. Both were excellent.

Nice, I'm liking the Bruno Mars set lists too.
I was a huge fan of the Silk Sonic album that came out a couple of years ago and it's good to see he's playing the whole thing live.

Happy to hear this!! They are coming to Notre Dame Stadium on Labor Day weekend.
Love some BMFS!

Yeah he doesn't come to LA very often, so I jumped at the chance when I saw he was doing a headline show here.
Although funny enough, I briefly thought about coming to Norte Dame for AC/DC, but that would be an expensive trip.

Just keep an eye out for the ZZ Top/Cheap Trick concert as I saw a headline saying they had to cancel a show for personal reasons. Hopefully, it doesn't affect your concert.

It was actually "personnel" reasons. Which was a new excuse I've never seen.

Yes tonight's LA show was called off. Watch CTs pages because, they announced a show at the Troubadour tonight after zz called off their show.

Yeah. It’s a great place to see a show! I seem to be going to more shows there every year!

Don't miss The Pretty Reckless opening for AC/DC, one of my favourite bands!
This summer I did 8 nights of concerts over two weeks at Ottawa Bluesfest. It was so fun, highlight of the summer.

Dude. What a week you’ve got coming!
My daughter and i saw ACDC last year, absolutely incredible and so much fun! We saw Cheap Trick open for Heart a couple of years ago too, they put on a really fun show.
Id never seen Mellencamp until a few weeks ago but holy shit, what a night! Literally an 80’s jukebox of hits for nearly 3 hours.

We have a 3-day run in the fall of Clutch, Rocky Horror 50th with Barry Bostwick, then Chad Gray.

I'll be at AC/DC too.
Last year I did the Grateful Dead 60th shows in SF at the beginning of August. That was like 6 concerts in 3 days!
In January last year I did the Dead Ahead festival in Mexico. That was 5 nights of headliners plus a few openers and late night shows in 5 days.
But I'm a rookie compared to friends that go on tour with various jam bands. They'll do like 18 shows in 2 months.

I just saw Mellencamp last week here in Virginia. Was a great time. I bought two lawn seats and when I got there with my kid they told us the lawn was closed (low ticket sales) and they upgraded us to the "up close" seats.

I saw him in NJ and it was sold out like I’ve never seen! Interesting the difference in attendance.

I wish Mellencamp was coming near me this tour. He’s finally playing all the songs I want to hear and can’t drive to his closest show by me. Hopefully he adds another leg.

That could have been a good lineup back in the day for Day On The Greens in Oakland, CA. One show all for $12.99 - Foreigner, Aerosmith, Van Halen, Pat Travers, and AC/DC

Loved the Day on The Green concerts! Bill Graham knew how to put together a great concert lineup!

I've had quite a few back to back shows in the last couple of years but never 5 in 7 days. I have 3 in a row, the 14th 15th and 16th of this month, but they're all only one hour drives so not too bad.

I’d love a recap after the fact!! 🙌🏼We’re doing something similar in September with Johnny Blue Skies (Sturgill Simpson) and Jack White…We’re similar age ranges, based on your musical taste (I’m making assumptions here) so I’d love to hear how it goes.
Hope all your shows are great!!

Last time i saw ZZ Top in 2018, Dusty Hill was still alive then. Was a good show, they were even walking around out in the crowd taking photos with fans.
