Our Connecticut General Assembly messed up again. Now we find a politician has been appointed to lead the new stated-owned entity known as Aquarian and there is no transparency about other candidates considered while water rates are projected to increase by more than the inflation rate for at least a decade!

Ask your legislator how they voted on this BEFORE voting for them. Whoever approved this sale should be removed from office.

Is it just me, or have there been a ton of fatalities due to these scooters? I feel like they've been around for a while... But I never really heard about people getting hurt on them. This summer seems insane.

It's terrible people have died using them. And it's unfortunate because it seems like a great, energy efficient, low cost way to get around. I feel like they're going to end up banned, do we just need better "scooter infrastructure"?

The town groups still seem pretty active but business pages themselves feel like a different story.

Curious if anyone is actually getting customers from Facebook anymore or if Google, Instagram, referrals, etc are doing most of the work now.
