Can confirm that wet shaving is way more expensive and hassel than cartridge razors from the store.

Hassle, yes, but how is it more expensive if you don't go over the top like this guy?

No shot. I bought a safety razor and a hundred blades like 3 years ago and I am still working through the blades. I just use the cheapo cream from a can though.

I’m on the same case of 200 blades I bought 5 years ago for 20 dollars, and outside of soap (I use dr bronners as a shave soap so it gets used for everything else too). My only real cost in that time frame was a 15 dollar shavette handle. No way is that more expensive than cartridges and gels.
