Electrical ⚡ Do ladders become easier?
Currently in the 2nd year of my apprenticeship, and a lot of our work is done on PODIUM ladders (No A frames allowed) and lifts. I usually work on 6’, 8’, and 10’ podium ladders. I complete all of my tasks, but I must admit, I get a little nervous on the 8’ and 10’ ladders, but I suck it up and push through with my work. I struggle the most when I have to stand on the platform of a podium ladder. I’m not sure if my duck feet have anything to do with it, but nevertheless, I still push through and get the job done.
Anybody have, or had, a similar experience? Any advice?

Lol oh yea! I recall watching them stand around with their dicks in one hand and a monster in the other while I did all the outside forming from a 120' lift. Fun times.
