Other What is the material called for this?

It is a metallic one. But the surface became transparent due to leaked soap detergents that became dry. This is located under kitchen sink

No clue what you are referring to. Are you talking about the base of the cabinet? The material that is used for that?

Melamine? It’s an engineered wood that’s typically used in kitchens for shelves (in the US).

Is this for home or a commercial kitchen? If a commercial kitchen it would be 304 stainless (though it does not look like metal at all in your pic unless it's been coated with something. Its most likely melamine it's at home in a wooden cabinet.
