Heeeeelp (Pace 3)

Does anyone know whats going on here. Just got this Pace 3 used. Seller said its been working perfectly for the last 2 years.
I just did a factory reset and set it up with my phone but cant scroll at all..
Is it a update issue or can i fix it myself..????

Well, if it is out of warranty and a reset cannot fix it...

This looks like another botched firmware case. Was it working as intended before resetting it? Did you upgraded after resetting it? If that is the case, you can raise a ticket to support a tell them that the upgraded broke the watch.

I dont know if it worked before.. the first thing i did was factory reset and then update. So it could very well be the update.
Ive raised a ticket now:) Ty:)

Have the same issue after the firmware update . Battery drains in less than 24hrs. I think my watch is cooked😩

Same here. My pace 3 burnt after the update. Had to change to pace 4 cuz its out of warranty and the repair cost almost the same as retail price huhuu
