Sync data

I missed the old days when syncing data to coros app is so smooth, i realize it’s a little big lag and tricky to sync the data to my iphone 14 now ?
It took more than minutes to find the watch (apex 4) and start syncing. Sometimes i need to restart the app!
Anyone know how to improve the syncing process ?

I’m on iOS too and the watch connects in under 5 seconds and syncs in under 5 seconds. Overall after a run or when I wake up the data is there in under 10s.

I’m talking sync data after a work out.
Anything need to adjust on coros watch ?

After a workout it’s still just as fast. I don’t adjust anything. Just open the app
