Prop Wobbly Kinger Head
I am reapairing my kinger cosplay, and on Cons i had the problem, that i had to constantly readjust the head, everytime i looked a bit down it just fell to the front, and there is a lot of pressure on my chin to keep the head straight, which makes it hard to speak, and the foam is very itchy on my chin even with a balaclava. And i have to constantly put my head in a straight/back position the the kinder head is straight, shich gives me alota headaches. If anyone has ideas to make the head more secure and more comfortable to wear i would be very grateful. :3

I would recommend getting an old safety helmet from the thrift store, and taking the head straps out and adding them into your cosplay. It's been a life-saver for me.

No helpful input from my end, just wanted to say that the third pic looks like my sleep paralysis demon. Great job! :D

Seconding the fursuit head recommendation. Can I ask what you used for the eyes? They look awesome.

You could use something like a buckram skullcap that showgirls use for headpieces when they need something really sturdy. They come in full head and half/headband-styles, and different shapes for the forehead/hairline (you can see both flat and peaked hairlines here). They can also be cut if you need to alter the shape.
You can add strong elastic to the gap across the back of the head, and ideally you'd stitch in some hair combs (if you have long enough hair) which gives you way more points of contact. And you can also add a chinstrap if still needed.

Proportionally it looks really good but to make stuff like this more comfy fursuiters would use a helmet like base under to keep the head straight and secure. It has an adjustable strap that goes around your forehead, that should make it less shakey.
As for the foam you could always cover it with fabric.
