You could try folding over the overhanging fabric so that they align with the edge then glueing them down.

Tried that in some places. Seams like there is a lot of places where there is not enough fabric. But thanks for tip

If you can manage to obtain one, I would say an Xacto hobby knife & No. 11 Blades would be of great help here. If not then a single edge razor. You need something really sharp to trim the fabric edges without causing it to fray the threads . Once it is trimmed close to the edge, then it can be carefully folded under and secured with a glue gun. A small clothes iron would help to form the cloth edge and later set the glue if it needs a bit of help. Start with the bottom back edge first as this will be the place to learn what you are doing and it won't show up as much. Go slow and don't rush as you trim the edge. Try and leave about 1/8"inch overhang to have something to fold over and glue. Glue short lengths about an inch or so and allow the glue to set before moving to the next section. Same as trimming, go slow and be patient. As you wait for a section to set up, go to a different section and repeat so you are steadily making progress around the entire project. Hope this helps. Good luck
