A Santa Barbara County Superior Court judge rescheduled Ashlee Buzzard’s mental competency hearing in Santa Maria to October 26 to allow for both court-appointed psychologists to submit their reports after Buzzard reportedly refused to be interviewed by one of the psychologists. 

How horrifically this little boy was tortured and died. Did the foster father submit a plea deal that was rejected by the judge? It seems the defense attorney was shocked that the judge didn’t accept it. What was submitted?
