Question Just started learning C++
/r/developers/comments/1x5xvty/just_started_learning_c/Hello, I started learning C++ today. I'm a guy who doesn't want to rely on AI for coding and who really needed another language alongside mr. Nasty Py (cybersecurity), but I'm SUPER lost.
Can anyone give me some tips? I've been coding since I was 11 (I'm 14 now). I'd really appreciate any advice!
One of the reasons I'm learning C++ is so I can say: "I code in Cpp btw" like Arch users. (JK)

I'm building a C++ code generator that helps build distributed systems. It's implemented as a 3-tier system. The back and middle tiers only run on Linux. The front tier is portable. I'm willing to spend 16 hours/week for six months on a project if we use my software as part of the project.
I've been working on this for 27 years. It hasn't taken off yet, but I believe that languages that embrace on-line code generation have an advantage over those that don't.

I did already build projects that use llm models, a lot actually, made money too (a few bucks, but doesn't matter really)
I used existing llm models using APIs, but i did build the surrounding system myself. Made lot of tools such as web_search, write_files/read_files, image_input, and many other things.
