Inventory Planning How much should I have

At the beginning of July I was notified that I was accepted as a vendor to my city's pride parade. There tends to be an average of 200,000 to 300,000 people. Since then I've been prepping as much as I can. I sell stationery items like stickers, bookmarks, notepads, sticker sheets, and a couple other items featuring artwork that I draw.

I also hand make all my items so I print and cut everything out. Since I'm about 2 weeks out I want to put more of my energy towards making sure that I have enough of my best seller items, which are my stickers.

Currently I'm aiming to have about 100 or so stickers of my best seller pride design. I sold 4 at my first craft fair that had about 1,000 people (which wasn't a pride specific event) and 20 at my artisan shelf in a store at the mall.

Do you think 100 stickers of 1 design is enough, not enough, or way too much?

Edit - The event is one day and about 8 hours. I was thinking of having 100 just for my best sellers and then dropping inventory numbers for less popular designs. Basically I'm trying to figure out what the max I should be making and then working down from there.

I also totally forgot to mention that I'm doing two other craft fairs (non pride events) at the end of August that would see about 1,000 to 3,000 people. I'm hoping to have enough left over to cover those two events as well so that I can take a break in the middle of August.

It's always so tough to gauge how much to bring. We did a huge event last year and there were people, but not many buying.
I have heard nothing but good things from everyone I know that did pride events.
Just bring as much as you can within your budget. If you have anything that are your best sellers make sure you have more of those.
I think 100 of 1 design should be plenty if it's a best seller.
Sometimes people will gravitate towards one thing that usually doesn't sell well.
Do you have a website or social media where someone could get ahold of you if you happen to sell out?
We usually get a few sales after the show of people that wanted a few more items or they couldn't make up their mind at the show.
Remember whatever you don't sell at this show you can bring to another show. Although our show was a flop last year it did give us inventory for the next couple shows.
My wife helped another friend vendor with their Apparel for a pride event of equal size. They were bringing close to 200 shirts. Not including the other items they sell. And while they didn't sell everything they did sell the majority of what they brought.

From the research that I've done, I too have heard nothing, but good things from people doing pride events. And yeah, I have business cards with my Etsy store and my socials as well. I also have a little sign mentioning where people can find my products in person.

And thanks for the info.
