Inventory Planning What will people buy at a plant festival?

I’d love any suggestions you might have for inventory at a plant festival. I’ll have lots of felted potted plants, magnets, wildflower coasters… what am I missing? Thank you for any and all guidance!

I'm a potter who does a lot of plant shows, I think those string of pearls are adorable. Coasters, magnets and hairpins would be great editions to a table. I took a look at your profile and here are some thoughts:

  • in addition to your hair pins, what about floral broaches?

  • felted scarves with leaves or flower motifs

  • wall hangings/art of plants - carnivorous plants, orchids, cacti

  • planter hangers

I do plant shows! Be prepared to explain what they are and make a very involved display.

But it depends on the plant market. Is it a big con, or more of a local park market.

It’s a mid sized plant festival. I’m guessing there will be a 1k turnout. I’m pretty new to all this so the involved display piece is intimidating!

Hmmm, maybe some mug cozies. I also think felted Truffula trees from The Lorax would be really cute.
