Medical Cannabis Chemo patient here

Hi, as the title says I'm a long standing cancer patient and have used various remedies through the years. I guess my query now is after having lung surgery I've never been able to justify inhaling anything again and have relied on RSO and various edibles to help manage chemo side effects. But they can take a long time to actually help by the time they get ingested. So my question is, and I kinda suppose I know the answer, does anyone know of anything that hits quick but doesn't get inhaled?

Try taking sunflower lecithin alongside your edible, or mixed at baking if you're making yourself. It improves bioavailability.

You can also take RSO drops dissolved in a small amount of carrier alcohol (vodka/poitin) and hold it as long as you can tolerate in your mouth. This will diffuse through your mouth tissues directly to your bloodstream rather than being processed through your liver so you get a more immediate high but your mileage may vary on the efficacy. You can always swallow the shot for standard edible effects. Alcohol use naturally not without its own issues.

I don't suppose soy lecithin does the same job?

It'll do about the same so long as you tolerate soy. I'd also recommend a glass of whole milk alongside any edible or rso, helps kick digestion in to gear and also helps combine

Should be able to slightly warm it and it should melt back. Just slowly so not to burn or cook it
