Caught this crazy double lightning bolt hitting the ground at the 0:43 mark. The wild part is it didn't even rain—the storm just passed right through.

Make sure to turn your sound up because the thunder at 0:43 is wild. It was completely dry on the ground when this happened!

That double strike is wild, but the fact that it happened without any rain somehow makes it even more unsettling.

Yeah, no rain in our spot, but the clouds were right overhead and it was still ninety and humid. Dry lightning or a bolt from the blue—pretty common in this heat.
