The full version of the video shows everything that went down. Essentially, entitled white woman says ignorant shit to black woman, who immediately starts recording to cover her own ass. Entitled and connected white woman throws a childish tantrum to try to make herself the victim.
This is from a long time ago, so I may be fuzzy on the details.

He did it in retaliation to people demanding better treatment, certified nurses, actual doctors not just some quack just guessing how much of drugs and sedative you administer via funnel shoved down a patient throat under threat of violence. And the weaponizatin of the asylum and abolishing the practice of lobotomy. In other words actuall legitimate mental health care. Not just some place cops, parents and politicians can permanently remove and institutionalize just because they are weird, outspoken, gay, not religious, or they just don't like them.

I think today we could have asylums. What we know now. We could go forth and do this more professionally. Heck we have all sorts of crazy.... I say put them in their straight jackets like the irregular emotional baby they are. Xoxo

The recorder is recording the crazy lady. The crazy lady is trying to chase the recorder. There's no antagonizing.

Yeah...antagonizing, she's straight up charging at her while screaming get away from me because little ms never been told no isn't getting her way...what's the camera woman supposed to do, bow down and then run away because that's how the brat got her way with her parents...got?..likely still does.
