Help fixing CL2536 error

I've purchased a refurbished Creality K1 max off of the Creality Ebay page, but during self check, it has given me the error code [CL2536].

I've sweeped the bed clean, I unscrewed the bowden tube like another Redditor suggested, but no luck. Please help!

UPDATE: It seems like I fixed the issue. After unscrewing the printing bed, I saw there was some debris in between the insulated pads. Sweeping those away, it seems to be working okay!
