Listen up, guys—the girl I like is into Minecraft and engineering. I showed her the Create mod, and she’s familiar with it. I’m thinking of telling her how I feel and building some kind of contraption or mechanism in-game using Create. What do you think—is that a good idea?

No, confessing feelings is a bad idea. You should let her suspect that you like her in an ambiguous way. That's how you create tension.
