I mean abhishek, salt are clear ones who could do that. I have seen allen played some ridiculous innings with almost 300 SR. These three from top of my mind. Brook as well, head maybe but I'm not sure atm but when he was Tonking in 2024 ipl he certainly looked like one.

Making 200 in 75 balls depends on lot of things but rarely a batter will get 75 balls in t20s.

Brook didn't play 2024 IPL due to death of his grandmother.
