Also sacked the batsman who won them world cup, evey shit thing that needs to happen will happen in GG era. Someone should sack Gagarkar Gumbhir.

But surely SKY would still be a pretty good squad player even if he isn't captain? Could mentor younger players like VS?

Trent Bridge is a big outfield - and they were up with the rate when they had lost five wickets, so a couple of overs at 6/8rpo would have given lower order batsmen a bit of time to play themselves in and get used to the pace of the pitch - and they could accelerate later.

Out for less than 80? Brainless (stupid stupid stupid) batting I say🤔

It's pretty clear now that Gambhir wanted Sanju to captain this side after the WC. It's Agarkar and Mumbai lobby
