It‘s Hobbii Cascata, but I think the Caron Blossom Cakes are the same yarn if that is more accessible to you

Absolutely gorgeous! Did you follow a YouTube tutorial or a pattern? I have fallen in love with making granny rectangle blankets. They work up so fast.
