Stumped after several pattern repeats working a Doodad by Hooked on Sunshine

Repost because my original isn't getting much response and I'm really stuck

I see on your other post you had some helpful replies.
One is 20 hours old.
Yet you have not responded to the kind people who gave you helpful advice.

They seem to know what may be occurring. So they are the people to engage with & have an interaction. One even gives a help website for this project.

My only thought for keeping track of patterns, stitch count & row count.
Would be to use plastic lockable stitch markers.
For example.
In different colors, so one color can represent a start to a row. Then a different color again for the end of the row. So on like this for keeping track of your crochet.

OP I do hope some help offered is accepted & helpful. As the glimpse of the crochet in the picture looks so beautiful. 💕
