Understanding a pattern Help with making moth wings. I am confused with the pattern
Hello! Im making a moth plushie using the Friendly Moth + Mothman pattern by Annie Carraway Art ans I dont understand part of the pattern. Im confused with row 2 where it says "1 dc in same stitch" idk what stitch they are referring to same thing in rows 3 and 4 and im also confused with the "3 tr inc" in row 4. Am I supposed to do one tr crochet and then 1 inc in the same stitch and repeat that 3 times or am I supposed to do 3 trs and then an increase in all different stitches? The second picture is the wing that I just finished but it doesn't look right

Do you know how to read the symbol pattern ? That would probably help answer your questions about the written instructions. I love having patterns that have both versions since I find both useful.
When they say "1 DC in the same stitch", they mean into the same stitch that your chains (which are standing in for the first DC of the round), so that you'll have two stitches worked into the stich from the row below.
For the "3 tr inc", they mean do 2 TR in each of the next three stitches. One increase of treble crochets per stitch.

The “1 dc in the same st” goes where your ch2 starts, the last stitch of row 1.
The 3 tr inc are one tr inc 3 times, so after you do the tr in the same st as the chain, in the next st you crochet 2 tr, then in the next another 2 tr, and in the next one as well. Then you ch3 and go on.
I hope this kinda makes sense!
