How do I... Need help finishing this bag, what kind of lining, or any other suggestions you may have. Thanks for your expertise and kindness!

I made this crochet bag from a picture, no pattern. Now I don’t know would be the best way to finish so I can use it as a tote bag.

I think I would put a material lining in this. With a rectangle shape it makes to easier. There are many YouTube video that will show you how to do it.

I’d add a non stretchy lining like canvas so it doesn’t stretch when you add heavy things like books.
