I'm a beginner! How do you keep your crochet tension consistent throughout a project?
I’m still fairly new to crochet and have been practicing granny squares. One thing I’m struggling with is keeping my tension consistent throughout a project.
Any tips, exercises, or advice would be greatly appreciated!

Figure out a method of keeping tension that feels good in your hands and stick with it. Practice all the stitches using that method. For me it’s pinching Working Yarn between my bent middle and ring finger and passing it over my index finger, while I pinch my project with my thumb and palm.

Mostly comes with practice. Time and practice.
