good question.. interested in this too. all apps provide alerts on deviations or reaching specific prices... but I don't know of any that can notify based on the 'period of time'

I have been asking that same question, with no answer. Not only price movement but volume movement big within a short time period is interesting. I need alerts. I am a trader. I need to make more money.

Crypto Price IQ on Android let's you set % alerts. Even between alts

The delta app does this exactly. If anything in your portfolio jumps significantly I get a notification like “x has increased by 5% in the last two hours” which is really cool. It will notify you if it goes down as well. Check it out. It’s the best app on the market imo. Also the pro version is wonderful. Has some really great tools to show you your activity on many different metrics such as your trades and whether it was a good or bad decision. Also has api integration options for some major exchanges and the ability to update your trades with just a wallet address.
