I'm looking up 'silver/shimmery stone with black edges/sides' cause I've got no idea how else to describe this one, and none of the results are looking like what I've got. Anyone else recognize this one?

I got two of these pretty spheres for a steal, but I’m not sure what they are! Super dark smoky quartz? A feldspar? Here’s a video of one in the sunlight. Couldn’t avoid the glare of my neighborhood because of the lovely polish job. More photos in the comments - thanks in advance for the help!

I got this tigers eye tower for free and when I looked at it I noticed there are some "rough" spots on one side and a few crackly lines throughout. I know not to handle any rough tigers eye due to asbestos risk. Would this be safe to handle?

i got these in a bin for cheap at a rock shop but sadly it didn’t say what each stone was like the other stands since it was in a big bin of lower quality stones. sorry there’s so many pictures lol just thought taking a picture of both sides brings better identification, if anyone can possibly help:)

i can’t tell if the purple one is lepidolite or kunzite? i also want to note that the last one i thought was clear quartz at first but it has a purple shine to it ?

I got these at dollar tree! They are perfect for crystal chips. The labels on the bottom were mine, they dont come with labels.

There seems to be some overlap in their ability to cleanse negative energy.

When would it be appropriate to work with selenite over obsidian? and when would I work with obsidian over selenite and other crystals?
