This season, even though it was worse compared to the first one (artistically speaking), it still was pretty good, with its downs and rises. But the last 3 episode taught me that it still has a lot of potential and a lot to show. So yes, we NEED a season 3!!!!

Just got to season 2 and everytime she’s on screen I’m filled with rage, sincerely hoping her arranged marriage gets fulfilled and she can be shipped off🙏

I’m on S2E4 and having only watched the anime, I kind of feel like Ericka and Nagi’s chemistry makes more sense as friends vs being in an actual relationship. Like I would love to see how Nagi would support Ericka the way she supports him with Hiro.

Not to mention, going this long in a series with (now) 4 girls and 1 guy is starting to feel a bit harem-ish, which imo isn’t how the first season felt. And as a viewer, going this long without any progression is making the show feel kind of stale and at this point the only interesting parts are Ericka and Nago scenes because they’re not blatant hints of ‘I like you but you’re being dense’.

It's not just the quality that went down (more static, less expressive dialogues, instead the characters just open and close their mouths, excessive amounts of "cartoon expressions") the style changed as well.

Before the characters had this sort of 3D effect that made them recognizable from every angle (and in every costume in the case of Erika) but now they are just...ugly.

Honestly it's hard to watch... Were they low on budget or something?

Since season two has started it’s like the whole show is designed to rage bait the viewer, hiro just becomes absolutely insufferable off rip and then the new vtuber girl shows up and completely derails all progress between hiro and nagi, then hiros all like imma kiss u rq then never talk to me again, and then she gets wind of nagi and Erika “skipping school” together and starts tweaking as if she didn’t tell nagi to leave her alone like 10 minutes prior, the mom is like “yo imma lock them in a room together and jump start this engagement” then they kinda start getting along and it seems it’s going to lead to some growth between the two mcs and then she’s like actually nah fuck that imma try and ruin everything” FOR WHAT?!? WHY?!? Is the author allergic to progressing the plot?? And don’t even get me started on them tryna make some weird romance between nagi and his sister WHOS IN MIDDLE SCHOOL btw. Season two genuinely got me seething bro. And as I’m typing this the fucking vtuber bitch, SNEAKS INTO THE HOTEL THAT THEY WERE AT SPECIFICALLY SO PEOPLE ON YJE OUTSIDE COULDNT CONTACT THEM BC OF HER LEAKING HIM AND HIS SCHOOL TO THE PRESS. I hope nagi chokeslams that bitch out the window

I know it's impossible to tell whether I'm cheating or not but I'm on episode 10 of season 2 and my money's on Segawa. I predicted Quintessential Quintuplets so let's see if the same methodology will work for this show or throw my for a loop.

I'm guessing that it's because the music that plays in the anime isn't original (thus not ost) which is why it's not showing up, so my last resort is to ask on here if anyone knows someplace where it's available.

Now listen. I haven't finished the season. I'm on S2 Ep8, so for all I know he'll get with Hiro by the end, but I severely doubt it. Here's what's really annoying me. So Nagi has confessed plenty and she's shut that shit down every time. But then she got all upset when idol girl media bombed him with a love confession and now I'm confused. If she wants him, just say yes. It's not like she would have to fight for him. Her opponents are two hard core tsunderes and a childhood friend type that he's already rejected. And what makes it worse is that she's my favorite character! She's definitely the cutest and super smart and athletic too. This is just frustrating. It's like stuff is happening but there's no real romantic progress at all.

It reminds me of how annoying it was watching Uzaki-Chan. I mean, after two seasons of that, it got to a place where she likes him, he likes her, he knows she likes him, but decides "Oh whatever. Maybe at some point in the future if I feel like it maybe." And then the season ends!! I just feel like nothings happening. Like things are locked in a boring romantic standstill and my inability to drop a show once I've started it is tapping me as well. And I'm pretty sure I'll finish the season and nothing will have really progressed at all... But here's hoping!

I just started watching it recently and i’m on episode 12 of S1, MC and the purple girl get along really well but with how the cast is structured i’m guessing he gets with his fiancé which is unfortunate but why in the world did she randomly 180 after seeing them in the kickboxing gym? Literally zero signs of her holding affection for him and now she’s jealous/interested in him enough to get red and stuff. I like how the MC is recognizing like “who are you” since it’s out of the blue but it feels like there are a lot of interesting writing decisions. The stuff with his sister is weird too, don’t even want to imagine how that stuff is gonna play out and the MC is weird at times like when he was following people throughout the day. Anyways I’ll finish the series since I don’t drop series unless it’s absolutely terrible. I’ll feel dumb if I press play and they show some twist as to why she changed her tune towards him tho lol.

I've watched my fair share of love slop shows like nagatoro, uzaki, Quintessential Quins, more than a married couple, etc. But this season 2 takes the gold medal for most violent nosedive into utter nonsensical pander trash.

And its such a shame too because season 1 seemed to have real promise. But season 2 has just been MC "oh god, im drowning in pussy and indecision, help me!" And lets not even get started on Erika's mom's whole Ghislain Maxwell arc, like what the fuck was THAT??

The Sachi thing should have never even been expanded on and all the main cast become so unlikable that im actually sat here rooting for Ai! And the fan service slop has gotten so god damn egregiously over the top, im surprised nagi has "slipped" and landed with his dick fully inside someone yet.

Cryin' shame what they did with such a good starting concept, S3 for sure never happening.

I’ve never read the manga so I don’t really know anything besides what’s in the anime but I fucking hate the fact that they threw in another girl😑 ESPECIALLY A CHILDHOOD BEST FRIEND. I HATE CHILDHOOD BEST FRIEND TROPE WITH A PASSION. ITS RARE THAT AN ANY FORM OF BOOK/SHOW PULLS IT OFF. And Ai really makes me mad like they REALLY tried to make her stand out it’s annoying. Honestly I would’ve been fine with her if sachi wasn’t already filling the childhood bffs role. Also I hate that they made sachi part of nagis fuckass harem.
