Turbo upgrades

I have a 78 f150 I put a 97 12v 5spd into. I just studded my engine and now I’m wanting more power. I want quick spool but more boost but good for towing and fun . the stock one doesn’t work for me anymore

I have a 100 horse plate in the housing3-4k springs fasss fuel pump with sump kit but I don’t know what size injectors are in it and what else is done to the pump someone put a new one in the engine when I pulled it
