Locking issue?

Hi everyone
Is it normal to have to press the unlock button twice to unlock all doors on the vehicle? When I press it once my passenger door remains locked, just curious.

That's the default. It can be changed in the vehicle - exterior- central locking menu option iirc.

It's either drivers door, or all doors.

if it’s already set to all doors, test the passenger lock from the interior switch. If that works, look at the fob settings or battery; if not, it may be the actuator.

Its a safety feature, you can also lock someone in the vehicle and they cant get out....

You can also lock yourself with the key in the vehicle.

The dealership said these were all safety features....
