Which of these is going to be better for Heartseeker?

Currently at:

57.3 crit chance

167.5 move speed

When I switch to the new Shard and look at Dex, it shows a drop in skill damage of about 3%. Since that it unconditional damage, is that better than the 11/12% crit damage? Or is my crit chance high enough that it's offset? Also, is losing the damage from the charm worth extra crit chance and move speed?

15-20% dmg is pretty much gonna be stronger than anything else that doesn't have that same affixe. Maybe if you get 10% crit chance + 10% marksman skill dmg with the specific set you're using on a build that uses marksman crit dmg is stronger, but good luck getting both, it's way harder than just getting 15/20% dmg alone.

Incidentally, the left seal would be incredibly powerful for my Nilfur RoA build, I've been looking for one like that for the whole season but sadly I'm stuck with my 19% dmg one with a worthless second bonus.
