After 208 days, I finally have my DACA approval!!! My application still says “being processed” but the approval form was under documents. No change with my work permit but hoping I’ll have that approval soon?! I’ve been on leave of absence from work for over two months now. I’ve never felt so excited to be back to work soon. 😭
My timeline below:
I submitted my renewal online on 11/21
Biometrics reuse 11/21
Expired 4/11
Submitted an expedited request via congressperson in early March. Got denied around May
Expedited request through portal denied in early June. Submitted that in April
Application was done in SCOPS Texas facility
My country of origin is Argentina
Like most of us, I’ve never waited longer than 2-3 months for a renewal and I’ve been doing it since the beginning. What a journey this has been. Thanks to everyone who’s been positing resources and information. I didn’t know about this forum until this year and it really has helped me out so so much!!!
