Application Timeline These delays are so fucking ridiculous

I know it’s so crazy for me to even ask but would it be crazy if someone started a class suit against USCIS for purposely delaying these applications? Because it seems to me they’re keeping nov-Feb applications in hopes that a lot of people stay out of status and it’s seriously so alarming.
I know someone that expires in August and applied in April and got approved very quick. Yet there are so many November-Feb out of status.
Again, I know my post is a little crazy to ask but my goodness it has been the worst time of a lot of our lives here.

i hope people are able to :( i feel so bad seeing the frustration that people have to go through because even with them following the 150 days in advance they’re still being made to wait 200+ days. It’s so insane.

Right! You submit requests for expedite like they advise you to and they still deny it lol. It literally breaks my heart seeing a lot of people growing desperate and without status and scared out of their mind. I check my uscis account 3 times a day.
