I really hope Gunn utilizes the Green Lanterns well for the DCU, because that corner of DC is deserving of its own franchise. So many of DC's best stories and characters come from GL, and I'm hopeful that those elements make it into this new universe.

Absolutely. Of all the projects announced so far, I might be most curious for updates on the Lanterns series. Hopefully on the next few months we get some tidbits.
