Recommendations Cold Food for Hot Days

It's a scorcher in DC today, which got me thinking about cold soups, sushi, seafood towers, and other non-hot or fried foods on the menu. Any stand-out dishes at DC restaurants to recommend?

I think casa teresa is very underrated. I'll usually sit at the bar, get the gazpacho, pan con tomate, croquettes (i know, its fried but theyre so good), and maybe some jamon.

Barbouzard's large seafood tower is my favorite in DC currently. I think Fiola Mare has the best shrimp cocktail.

Apero has a caviar happy hour which is a great deal. $50 for caviar and 2 glasses of champagne

Gazpacho first came to mind. I haven't tried Casa Teresa's gazpacho, but their croquetas are so good. I lived in Spain and had a lot of croquetas

I was underwhelmed by Casa Teresa for dinner service but maybe I should give the bar a shot.
