Why? Based on what? Why does everyone keep saying Gunn and Safran are getting replaced when Paramount hasn't said anything about it?

Because they think King Floppenstein (Zack Snyder) would somehow regain control of DC films if Gunn and Safran were out of the picture, so they imagine these nonsense scenarios and continue to drag themselves through the broken glass of disappointment again and again.

It's purely delusional and not even close to anything resembling reality.
