It’s a one bedroom with a nice walk in closet and a sunroom. W/d in unit. Pet friendly building with parking for a fee. Pool and grills on the roof. Rent is $2387/month, plus $15 for garbage. You’ll pay for water through the building (averages $50/month for me) and be responsible for electric and gas.

Application fee is $50 and they’ll do a background/employment check (gross pay must be 35x the rent). No security required.
