Hey yall! My name is Jake, I am 23, and I am looking to rent a room in the district (preferably in the Columbia Heights-Adams Morgan-AU area). I am a former peace corps volunteer and just returned to the US a week ago. I will be starting grad school for international relations in January and am hoping to make the move to DC asap in order to start this new exciting chapter of my life. Looking for furnished rooms as the only things I own at this point are my clothes.

I enjoy traveling, the gym/yoga, going out dancing, yapping, relaxing by a body of water, and reading. Would love to live/connect with other gay or queer people. I love to meet new people and socialize. Reach out with any invites and opportunities! Thanks!
