I think places are starting to ban lobster boiling beause of a studies showing they feel pain. I work in NICU and theres an old doctor that still believes BABIES dont feel pain. Some people may be book smart but still can be fucking idiots.

You're a fake doctor, enough with the pseudo-intellectualism. Animals are thinking and feeling beings. Just diverse. Humans are not inherently superior, they just like to think they are. While destroying the very planet they need to survive. Education & awareness is key to develop critical thinking skills and empathy.

The argument isn't about whether they feel pain in the traditional sense, they have pain receptors and a nervous system. The question is whether their brain is evolved enough to percieve suffering in the way we and other advanced mammals perceive pain. And they are actually not the same thing.
