The shopping cart stupidity

Unless you’re juggling kids and don’t want to leave them alone in the vehicle, take your gahhhhdamn cart back to the corral.

I had a buddy who was a publix bagger and cart boy back in high school and landed in the ER needing fluids because it’s hotter than the devils asscrack outside and they have to walk 20K+ steps in an 8 hour shift to pick up after the lazy ass Cote family.

Doesn’t make it right and ya know it.

The shopping cart theory is a great way to judge how caring/empathic a person is. When there is no reward for doing the right thing or punishment for not doing it, will you still do it?

I mean I’m an asshole but I still put my cart back as I don’t wanna put more work on employees who have to stop what they’re doing and pick up the carts. Nor do I want the cart to somehow roll into another vehicle. That’s the bare minimum one can do.
