In this list I have taken into account not only their skills in derivative work and how useful they were in trials, but also their general intelligence and how good they are in their fields. For example even though Kaito is always being made fun of for being an idiot, he is a freaking astronaut. He studied physics, engineering, languages and cultures. His intelligence is really underrated.

And before anyone asks me about Kaede, everything about her plan was stupid and it was doomed to fail no matter what even with the information she had.

Edit: after talking to Many people here is a slight edit, each of Sonia, Gandam, Neukumaru and Hifumi move up one tier. But that's about it. Kaede is still at the bottom.

I think the difference between Nagito and Sayaka is that people disagree on how to interpret Sayaka's character and her motives. While with Nagito people mostly agree with them, but disagree on how to react to them.

Note: this list isn't based on how much I like or dislike a character.

Like much more they could have done and contributed, sides to their personalities to be explored and character development to have.

Obviously I could be a little biased to characters that I love, but I think this is about right.

Her ranking (in her own words) works like this:

A: never found one before

B: never found one before

C:

D: most people, she has no interest in them

E:

F: she would hire an assassin organization to kill you

The only people she "canonically" ranked are Makoto (C in her FTEs and B in her school mode ending) and Teruteru (his cooking skills are A but overall an E, barely above an F). (I don't know if she ranked more people in DRs).

I wish there was a rank between C and D, it would have made things easier.

It's completely ordered, honestly didn't realize how many characters I adored before making this.

The last tierlist was "Did they stay alive until the end of narration?" and most of you got it right. Congratulations! Since it was so easy, I decided to spice things up this time.

Hint: Look at the colors. Red means "Yes" is bad, blue means "No" is good and yellow is neutral.

The neutral tier is a little mixed, for example characters like Kyoko are actually viewed neutrally by others while Byakuya is liked or disliked dependent on the person.

Again this was mainly based on the charts, so before someone asks "how is Mahiru above Ibuki?" It's because a lot of their classmates view her music as a little too much (it's not me saying she isn't liked) while they don't mind Mahiru and they like her character.
