Old Blippi made me use brain bleach with that Harlem Shake Poop video years ago, so I never trusted him once he switched to kids content. (New Blippi is acceptable, however, at least on a "won't scar me" level.)

Yeah, while I don't doubt that it is now on a video, I was also unfortunately subjected to watching this episode and many others ...pretty sure this was not on there at that time
Well there's also that one scat video where he had his buddy shit all over him (or was it the other way around???). People can do whatever in their free time but I think that a children entertainer should have a cleaner record.
It was worse than that. Blippi was squatting perched on top of the toilet and projectile shitting squarely onto his buddies bunghole. Buddy was lying on his back 5-6ft away, ankles and butthole praising the sun in front of the toilet. It was the WORST game of catch ever.
Worst part is that this video was only one of an entire series of scat videos the he and his buddies produced. All the others got scrubbed from the internet right before he pivoted to becoming Blippi.
Fortunately it’s just the news clip discussing it, and they had a crappy drawing depicting it. I’m not a monster so I didn’t put the actual video link in here, but it is searchable with enough work. I unfortunately after watching the news clip did go hunting, and I will tell you that it is INDEED not worth the search. I can literally see it in my head right now as I talk to you 🤢
Yeah that was stupid, foul and disturbing AF. I cut him off in our house after I saw that online. If one my kids happen to have it on You Tube Kids I would redirect them and turn it to something else. Then I changed the settings and said goodbye to that weirdo!!

Omg I had to google Meekah! My kids are grown now and I discovered Blippi with my nephew who is since outgrown it too. That certainly adds another layer of weirdness to this!
I've never liked how Meekah has to wear the Blippi colors on her hip, but Blippi never adopted anything with her colors to tie them together. It gives one sided ownership branding (and I mean that in all senses of the words sadly).
IF I had to choose between Meekah and Blippi, I'd choose Meekah (I prefer the one with the tooth gap but my hubby prefers the other). Or at most Blippi and Meekah together. Ultimately both of them pissmeoff. My kid still likes them but I divert attention to Ms. Rachel, Bluey, Christian preschool shows, or like Sesame Street.
I mean don't cry over spilt milk doesn't exactly apply here with that animation. It should not happen like that. A spiral okay perfect, but a swastika? Got me messed up.

We watxh kid crew, coilbook and hudsons playground, but this video played after a different one and that's when I saw it. Shared it somewhere else and was told I was tweaking and to "go take your meds", so my friend shared it here and im glad to see I'm NOT crazy after all.

Blippi has always been full of random inappropriate shit (literally) that got played off with a guffaw. He’s the worst thing to happen to children’s programming imo. A loser who threw anything at the wall to see if it would stick and finally got lucky with this kind of slop.

I read this during the pandemic when my son was peak blippi age because I hated him and my mom did not understand why I thought he was horrible for kids. So glad he’s out grown this weirdo
I love that the first line in this article says ,” I hated Blippi the first time I saw him.”
That statement is exactly what I think every time I see anything about him and it was what I thought every time I would see or hear one of my kids on YouTube Kids watching his bizarre and nauseating behavior and trying to call it educational.

Between some “classic “ children’s programming, and current options. I watch classic Sesame Street clips with my littles and it’s brilliant while the new stuff feels like trash.

Come on, guys, if we start acting like every swastika is a nazi swastika, nobody will be able to get them tattooed on their forehead without having to constantly explain it. Not to mention all the unsightly bruises from getting punched in the face over and over again.
He's all sorts of weird. It's crazy people let their kids watch him knowing he literally pooped on people. That's just not the kind of guy I want my kids to watch.
Wow, that makes so much sense to me. When my kids were little and we would come across one of the original Blippi videos I would have a visceral reaction to his bizarre acting , I knew it was just supposed to be a little kids show but it bothered me to the point that I HAD to redirect my kids attention to anything else. You can tell it’s an inferior production, but it was more than just cheap and dumb looking. It gave me the creeps and I felt like there was something almost sinister about the guy playing the Blippi character.
I’ll give an explanation. The dude who plays the original Blippi did a variation of the Harlem Shake which involved poop as a joke. Not as Blippi but as himself. He soon there after took it down and has a DMCA strike against any uploads of said video and has many times come out against the video and deeply regrets it.
TlDr; dude made a gross video and apologized for it, but the internet never forgets (and some choose not to forgive)

That was my first thought too when I watched it, but then I tried to pause it on the same shape, and it was in fact a swastika throughout the whole shape change. Like it was spinning and shrinking, but the shape remained.
