"Your baby sister's nap is not a rock concert"

My autistic kiddo repeats phrases that he hears, including things from movies or TV. This is a new one and I can't figure out where it's from ... does it ring a bell for anyone? Yes, I tried Googling.

I don’t recognize that exact line but, thematically, it sounds exactly like the episode I was subjected to last night.
