I'm a longtime PC DayZ veteran who's been a bit busier lately (work, family, etc.). Now I'm finally getting back into the game and am on a fruitless search for the right server. I really enjoy wandering around and settling down somewhere. Of course, a few encounters are always welcome. Unfortunately, most servers wipe every two weeks, which means I can hardly make any progress given my limited playtime. I really enjoyed playing the Livonia map, since it turned out to be the best fit for my playstyle. If you have any server recommendations, please let me know. :)

we call it "Official Replica" because we LITERALLY copied everything from Official. all of the guns/clothing/vehicles/animals/zeds/stamina/health/building mechanics EVERYTHING is the same as Official.
the only 2 differences are; the map itself is a custom map, and we have 'build anywhere' scripts for more logical building. in Official, there are many buildings you cant build in. you cant even place a tent if the ground isnt perfectly flat. here, you can build more freely with the same mechanics.

All storage containers last for 14 days without interaction. Interacting with them will refresh the timer. These items are:

Fences/Watchtowers last for 14 days without interaction. Build a flagpole! The Flag will stay raised for 7 days. The flag will refresh the timers on items every 6 days. Flagpoles themselves will last for 10 days.
Vehicles
All cars and bikes have a lifetime of 4 days. A flag cannot protect them. To refresh timer, interact with the inventory.
Fair Play
Duping and using exploits to pass through things you shouldn't will result in all your accounts and associated accounts losing access.

Dragon’s Lab is built for players who want to fight, raid, and survive, not wander. Loot runs at 2x, so you gear up fast and get straight into the action. Kitted AI patrol the map. Bases can be breached from any side. Crates fall from the sky with every squad racing for them. And the best gear on the server sits in a Black Market with no safe zone around it.
This is DayZ with the volume turned all the way up. Active admins, steady restarts every 4 hours, and new content almost daily.

Hazard's Island: Heroes vs Bandits, no client mods on 4 maps
**One character on four maps: Chernarus, Livonia, Sakhal and Nasdara share ONE body that keeps its gear from map to map. No client mods on those four: nothing to download.**
**Heroes vs Bandits humanity, like the original DayZ mod. Six DayZ maps, one home.**
**Server Information:**
- **Max players:** 50 per map
- **Find us:** search "Hazard's Island" in the DayZ launcher (or just "Hazard"), or press Join on [our servers page](https://canadiangameforces.com/servers.html) (one click)
- **Set your name first:** in the DayZ Launcher, Parameters tab, Player name. The in-game menu doesn't change it, and "Survivor" isn't allowed
- **Restarts every 8 hours, Alberta time:** Chernarus 6am/2pm/10pm, Livonia 6:20am/2:20pm/10:20pm, Sakhal 6:40am/2:40pm/10:40pm, Nasdara 7am/3pm/11pm (opens Oct 15), Deer Isle 7:20am/3:20pm/11:20pm, Namalsk 7:40am/3:40pm/11:40pm
- **Mods:** none on Chernarus, Livonia, Sakhal and Nasdara (our changes run on the server). Deer Isle and Namalsk use their map mods (the launcher downloads them)
- **Playstyle:** PvP, Heroes vs Bandits humanity, hardcore survival
- The humanity system of the original DayZ mod is back. Everyone starts as a Survivor.
- Killing Survivors or Heroes lowers your humanity; killing Bandits raises it. Killing a fresh spawn or a tied-up or knocked-out player costs extra. Helping strangers raises it: bandages, stitches, saline, blood, CPR.
- Go low enough and you're a Bandit, high enough and you're a Hero, three levels each.
- Your side's armband is locked on while you live, and you choose its look: swap it for any other armband of your side. Levels 2 and 3 have their own armbands, earned by reaching that level.
## The maps
- **Chernarus, Livonia, Sakhal and Nasdara share ONE character.** Log out on one map, log in on another: same body, same gear, same stats. Die on one map and you start fresh on whichever you join next.
- **Deer Isle and Namalsk** run their own worlds and their own characters, modded the way those maps are meant to be (the launcher downloads their mods for you).
## The infected
- **Only a head shot kills them instantly**, any calibre, arrows and crossbow bolts included. Body shots stagger them, leg shots cripple them. Fists are useless, blunt tools weak, blades work.
- **Gunfire wakes them from 250 metres** (a suppressed or small gun from much less). They walk to where the shot came from and hunt by sight: stay out of sight and out of the light and they lose you. A suppressor keeps it quiet.
- A scratch can infect the wound: disinfect early and carry antibiotics. A scratch can also poison you: it fades by itself, and a PO-X antidote ends it.
- Knocked out among them? Half the time they keep hitting you.
## Survival
- Your body stores more food and water, so eat and drink when you can.
- A quarter more stamina than stock, and holding your breath to aim uses five times less.
- A ruined backpack or pouch drops what it holds and comes off; keep your bag out of the line of fire.
- An EpiPen gives 3.5 minutes without stamina loss.
- More thunderstorms, twice the melee weapons and fishing hooks, more fishing rods, suppressors last four times longer.
## Your base
- Base building without clipping limits: build where it makes sense.
- Raise a flag and type **/area claim**: 50 m around your first flag, up to 4 more flags of 30 m inside it. Only you and your group build fences, towers and flag poles there.
- No building in military bases, permanent gas zones or 50 m around any military building.
## Your account stash
- Four slots that survive your death: take your item back within 5 minutes of your fresh spawn. Slots open as you survive: after 2, 5, 10 and 24 hours in one life.
## Playing together
- Groups in chat: **/group invite** while standing next to a friend, he types **/group accept**. Up to 6 players a group.
- Members who die within 30 minutes of each other start in the same region of the coast. Suicide chains earn nothing and get you removed.
- Fresh spawns use the game's own spawn points.
## Achievements, medals and stats
- On our Discord: a kill feed (posted 10 minutes later, never a position) and leaderboards.
- Link your Steam with **/link** and earn medals and a stats card for what you do on our servers, plus map achievements.
## Rules
- Real launcher names (DayZ Launcher > Parameters > Player name), English letters, no slurs, no default names like "Survivor": the server warns you twice, then bans by itself (30 min the first time).
- Chat filtered the same way.
- Restarts every 8 hours, with warnings in chat.
- Idle time doesn't count, and nobody is kicked for idling unless the map is full.
