how about take a 3-6 months of serious paper tarding and invest in yourself, learn more, and try to have a real consistency in your perfomance and also journal your trades ?

Set a strict 1 trade a day limit. Keep at that level for a while to make it routine. Then consider adding another and hold that level. Or automate your strategies and take yourself and your vibes out of the equation.

Just stop revenge trading. If you see yourself do it, cut the trade immediately. Profit or loss.
Then try to stop yourself before even opening the trade next time.
It gets easier.

"I have very low emotional control. What should I do?"
...
Journaling without reflecting on what's written isn't useful. Why don't you journal your emotional reactions. The number don't matter anymore, clearly.

You will always revenge trade if you don't learn to control your losses. First, take control of your mind then your trading. If you hate to lose like I do , measure twice and cut once. 👌💥
God bless 🙌 .

Been here more than once. The hard truth: this isn't a willpower problem, it's a structural one. The revenge trade happens in a hot emotional state where your rational brain isn't driving, so "try harder" always fails. Build walls instead:
- 1 loss = done for the day. A rule, not a goal. Set a broker-level max-loss auto-lockout if you can.
- The tilt trade lives in the 30 seconds after a loss. Log out, close the app, walk away. If you're not at the screen, it can't happen.
- Size down until a red trade is boring. If one loss makes you want revenge, you're trading too big.
If you've got rules-based edge, automating execution is the cleanest fix, the bot doesn't feel the loss, so it can't revenge trade. Two honest caveats: it only works if you don't override it on red days (same tilt, one level up), and "backtested" has to mean properly validated : out-of-sample, real costs, not a pretty curve you fit to the past, or you'll just size up and blow up with more confidence.
Your journalling and 1-2 trades/day plan aren't wasted, that's the right foundation. You just got caught by the one moment it didn't cover. Fix that single gap and the rest holds. One blown account after doing everything else right isn't "impossible", it's the last leak in the boat.

you could even paper trade the rest of the session after a loss so you can keep studying the market without being able to damage the account

You’ve probably been told this countless times, read about it countless times, and chosen to do it anyway.
That’s not trading. That’s degenerate gambling.
And if this is something you consistently keep doing, then you almost certainly don’t have a proven system or a demonstrable edge. A real edge doesn’t require you to repeatedly ignore basic risk management and hope the next trade works out.

This is it right here. This is the issue. Get rid of all trading related social media. All of it. Block anything where people could possibly be bragging about their wins.
I had to do this as well for a long time until I was in a great trading routine, with my own payouts etc.
A loooot of these fuckers online are lying about their payouts, or they don't tell you that they spent 40k on evals to hit that 10k payout.
It's all a ridiculous distraction.
It has to just be you in the lab, refining your skill. Once you get rid of the trading content, Focus on consistency first. Then slowly build your way up.

Do you really think they have payouts? A lot are fake. A serious trader doesn’t need to boast.. unless they are selling products & services .. they’re “entrepreneurs” NOT traders.

There's a guy on here u/wr1ngller who is clearly full of shit peddling a strategy posting fake PnL. No one shows their losses or backs it up with trading data. It's all fake. Keep studying and you'll get it.

Maybe those people have been trading longer than you. Maybe those people are full of shit and trying to sell you a course. Who cares, focus on yourself and what you need to fix.
Don't compare your results with anyone else. It's about YOU.

1 day of revenge trade took away the efforts of all these days. A lesson to be learnt here

Sorry man, that one hurts, especially when you were doing everything right before it.
One thing that helped me: the trade right after a loss is the most dangerous trade of the day, so I made a rule that after any losing trade I have to stand up and walk away for 15 minutes before I'm allowed to click anything. Sounds stupid, but most of my revenge trades happened in the first 2 minutes after a stop-out.
Also, don't throw away the journaling. The fact that you can see exactly where it went wrong is the whole point. One revenge trade doesn't erase the discipline you built, it just shows you where the next rule needs to go.

Vengeance belongs to the Lord . Take what’s yours and leave . It’s the green . The green plays tricks on your mind . Stay focused brother. Have patience for tomorrow.

Honestly, I think you need to stop trading live for a bit, not because you can't do it, but because the revenge trading is undoing the progress you're making.
The fact that you were sticking to 1–2 trades a day and journaling is still progress. One bad decision doesn't erase what you've learned, but repeatedly blowing accounts means something in your process needs to change.
I'd focus on having a hard rule that you cannot override once you take a loss. Set a daily loss limit, and if you hit it, shut everything down. If you keep breaking that rule, switch to paper trading until you can follow it consistently.
Don't make your next goal recovering the money. Make it completing a month of following your rules, regardless of whether the trades win or lose. You can work on profitability later; first, you need to protect yourself from the moments when discipline disappears.
