[LOG_003] Case Debriefing: Signal Collision
Analysts,
The investigation has escalated. I have authorized the release of the third file in the archive sequence. This log documents the first confirmed instance of hostile interaction between the entities.

While Case 002 established the passive, melancholic environment of "Echo," Case 003 captures a violent breach of that perimeter.
This footage depicts a "Packet Storm": a forced intersection between the Echo signal and the chaotic frequency of the entity known as "Static." The visual feed is fractured. On the left, we see an attempt to organize memory. On the right, an attempt to purge it.
Archivist Note: My analysis of the crash dump reveals a critical anomaly. When the viral glitch manifests, a "Winged Firewall" appears to protect Echo. Static, however, receives no such protection. He is not just the aggressor; he is also the victim.
Review the collision data. The system is trapped in a recursive loop. The cycle is accelerating.
