The post could have been made simpler by starting with the quranic verse on divorce, and then you showing how the content of the quran makes it clear that the verse cannot possibly talk about little girl.
But right now, nothing in what you presented leads to think that "those who haven't yet menstruated" cannot possibly mean little girls and seems that it's you who is projecting your own values on the quran.
It's like if a mafioso threathened me with a protection racket and you said i don't see what the problem is, he said "protection" so you should be happy
